• Portuguese citizens: Citizenship card.
• Non-Portuguese European Union citizens: Proof of European citizenship, e.g., identity card or passport from an EU member country.
• Non-European Union citizens: Residence permit issued by SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) or AIMA (Agência para a Integração Migrações e Asilo).

Code of Economic Activity (CAE)

• CAE 53200 must be included in the field of activities performed.
• Your fiscal domicile must be registered in Portugal.
• You cannot have Article 53 or Article 9 in the VAT field (the VAT field must be 'Normal Quarterly' or 'Normal Monthly').
• If presenting the 'Proof of Declaration Delivery' (downloaded from the internet), you must submit it along with a 'Letter from the tax and customs authority' certifying the validity of this document.

Ensure that the account holder's name or company name is fully visible, as well as the IBAN. The document must be issued by the bank or financial institution itself.

The certificate of criminal record with no convictions must be issued by the Portuguese government and must be within the validity period (90 days). The document must be issued using the same identification document presented in your partner profile and declare the purpose for which it is intended in the terms of Law no. 37/2015 of May 5th (Lei n. 37/2015 de 5 de Maio), with the following mention:

Profession/Activity without special law - Law 37/2015 (Profissão/Atividade sem lei especial - Lei 37/2015).

Make sure the photo is clear, well-lit, and shows your entire face. The photograph should only display your face and should not contain other people or objects.

For electric bicycles and/or mopeds (pedal-assisted):

• Vehicle documents.
• Vehicle insurance.

For electric motorcycles, mopeds, and/or vans:

• Driver's license
• Permits with category A or B are accepted. With category B, you can only drive motorcycles up to 50cc, from 18 years old, or up to 125cc, from 25 years old.
• Vehicle documents.
• Vehicle insurance.

Food safety requirements mandate that every delivery partner owns and transports food orders using a thermal backpack. Please note that it is not mandatory to use a specific brand of backpack.

If you already have a thermal backpack: when sending a photo of your backpack, make sure that:

1. The backpack is open so its thermal insulation is visible.
2. Your identification document is visible, showing your name and a clear photograph.
3. The backpack is clean and undamaged.
4. The backpack meets the minimum requirements of 44 cm wide x 35 cm deep x 40 cm high.
5. The entire backpack and identification document are visible in the photo.

The Certificate of Debt-Free Status (Certificado de Dívida e Não Dívida) must be issued by the Tax and Customs Authority (Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira 'AT') and be within the validity period.

• The document is only valid when the tax situation is regularized.
• If the tax situation is not properly regularized, it must be regularized first, and then a new certificate of debt-free status must be requested.
• No other certificates except those issued by the Tax and Customs Authority-AT are accepted.
• Ensure that the document is issued with the same name and tax identification number (NIF) as the Economic Activity Code (CAE) presented.
• Ensure that the document presented is the most recent document issued by the Tax and Customs Authority-AT.

You can easily obtain the Certificate of Debt-Free Status (Certificado de Dívida e Não Dívida) by following these steps:

• Access the Portal of Finance;
• Log in with your credentials;
• Search for Request Certificate (Pedir Certidão) and access the first result;
• In Certificate Issuance (Emissão de Certidão), choose the Debt and No Debt (Dívida e Não Dívida) option and click to confirm;
• Click on CERTIFICATE (CERTIDÃO) to obtain the PDF.
